The room was clean and the metro station was near hotel entrance.
The breakfeast was the same everyday. They should diversify it a little. Some eggs or other types of sausages could be appreciated. And the fruits looked so fade sometimes.

We really liked this place and would definitely come back for another stay. the rooms are cozy and bright, and they come with a complimentary bottle of wine, a pleasant view of a quiet garden, and even an iron for your convenience. 🍷

Location (only a couple of steps from Metro exit), The breakfast was acceptable even if there is no hot food like fried/boiled eggs. They have ham, a kind of salami, cheese, hot/cold milk, small variety of bread and fruits. You could hear other people from inside the room but it was okay since there were like 6 rooms per floor, and all the guests were adult and polite and they didn't make noise during the night
After the first night, we were too tired from the previous day, so we stayed/slept in the room after breakfast until 1 pm. The cleaning person slammed the door during cleaning and we heard it all the time. We even felt it from the wall that it was like shaking. ---- another thing is that the lobby is on -1 level which you need like 7-8 steps to get down from the street level. They have something like small lift (for disabilities) but they don't let use use it for our 20-kg heavy bags. We had to carry it on our own during check-in/out.

Polite, friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms and lovelt breakfast. Very close to metro station.
The area it is in seems a bit rough

Great location , right in front of the metro station and close to supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. Convenient for exploring the city and getting to tourist attractions. Friendly and helpful staff , had a positive encounter with Mr Antonio Oliveira, who greeted us with a warm smile and outstanding friendliness. A lively area with a vibrant atmosphere , lots of options for dining and shopping, making the stay enjoyable.
Wifi connectivity issues , the wifi went off at midnight and didn't connect back until around 9 am, which was inconvenient. Breakfast not worth the money , for the price, the breakfast offered basic options and didn't compare to the quality and variety found in nearby pastry shops in the area.

Clean, smart and modern hotel a short walk or Metro ride from the main areas of the city. Wouldn't hesitate go back to this hotel next time I'm in Lisbon.

the room was lovely, with a nice little balcony, and it faced the quieter back of the hotel. Despite being close to the subway, the noise was not overwhelming and didn't affect our sleep. the bathroom was in great shape with spacious drawers for our toiletries. the cleaning staff were excellent and the breakfast area staff were wonderful, ensuring the food and coffee were always restocked. the breakfast itself was surprisingly good for the price of the hotel. the location of the hotel was excellent, with the Anjos metro station right outside, making it easy to travel around the city. Cons: There was nothing I didn't like. 😊.

Really nice staff - excellent breakfast. Very clean though did not realise how far away it was from central Lisbon. Didn't matter too much as was a nice walk to the centre! Room quite small but perfect for what we wanted. An enjoyable experience!

The bed here was like sleeping on a cloud! the room had everything I needed and it was so airy. Plus, there was a nice balcony where I could chill 😊.

The room and bathroom were large and clean, breakfast was abundant and varied, and there was a metro station right next door.
Parking could be a problem; the girl at the reception told us we were lucky to find a parking spot right in front of the hotel.
